Our advanced fabrication facilities plan, design, structurally engineer, architecturally illustrate, and manufacture your project in a controlled factory environment to your exacting specifications. A finished modular unit or a number of units, or a building component package is then delivered to your development or project location by transport truck for installation.

LAND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Subdivisions - Development Design including all relevant civil overlay documents; Topography Plan with the Grading & Drainage (G&D) Plan; Plat Plans with engineering seals; Infrastructure Studies & Reports; Traffic Impact Statements; and other technical and submittal drawings as required for development approvals
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
Project Programming - This is the Planning Phase where the design requirements are listed. This is generally a written document that may be accompanied by schedules, charts, and graphic diagrams or sketches. Parameters such as budget, not to exceed square footage, building type, architectural style, etc. are most often included in this extremely important Project Program.
Building Design & Permit Drawings - This phase is generally completed in four steps. First, layouts are create as scaled CAD drawings as a starting point. Second, the next phase is called Design Development (DD) where the plans start to become well-defined at a very technical level. Third, the client must approve the final building and site drawings. Finally, the construction documents (CD's) or CAD drawings are completed and the CD's are submitted to the building jurisdiction to obtain the various building permits.
